Opened in July of 2001, Piece has been producing small batches of our hand-crafted brews in our seven barrel brew-house. Brewer Jonathan Cutler had nine-plus years of brewing experience, having brewed at some of the most well respected breweries in the country. He is also a graduate of the esteemed Siebel Institute and received formal training from the Master Brewers Association of America.
