NEW YEARS EVE PARTY INFORMATION

*This party is 21 and over, no exceptions*

All guests must have a valid Drivers license or State ID in order to be admitted into the party

  1. The cost is $80 per person; this includes all taxes and gratuity.
  2. The party begins at 9pm and ends at 1:30am.
  3. Guests can make reservations starting Friday November 28rd, 2007
  4. A credit card is required to make a reservation.
  5. There will be a limit of 5 guests per credit card reservation.
  6. After registration for the party each party will be assigned a 5 digit confirmation #.
  7. We will only be accepting Credit card payments, no cash at the door.
  8. Guests have until Christmas Eve, December 24th to cancel their reservation at no cost.
  9. All credit cards will be run on Friday, December 26th, there will be no refunds for guests that choose to cancel from this point forward.
  10. For $80 all guests get all you can eat Caesar and mixed green salads, all you can eat pizza, all you can drink Piece drafts, bottles of Miller Lite and red & white wine, plus all you can eat deserts in addition to all you can drink soda and iced-tea, we will also have a champagne toast at midnight.
  11. Liquor drinks are not included, but may be purchased additionally if the guest wishes to do so.    
  12. We will have a DJ will spin from 9pm until 1am.
  13. There will be open seating; we will not be placing any guests at seats.
  14. We will not have a coat check. Guests are advised to bring in as few valuables as possible to the party.
  15. Guests may arrive as early as 8:15 to check in, in an effort to alleviate congestion at 9pm..
  16. Upon arrival at Piece, guests will be asked to form up into their respective parties and enter into one of 2 lines. The first line will be for parties with the last name beginning with the letters A thru M and the 2nd line will be for parties with the last name beginning with the letters N thru Z. Because of how people will be admitted into the restaurant it is imperitive that all guests know the name of the party that they are coming here with.
  17. After each party registers, individuals will be issued wristbands, which all guests must wear in order to be served, and in order to be readmitted into the building if they should exit it for any reason.
  18. The party will be sold out.  A wait list will be created when we have booked completely.
