Since opening in 2001, Piece has been crafting award-winning lagers and ales in small batches in our seven-barrel brewhouse. Under brewers Jonathan Cutler and Keil Weimer, the brewpub has earned 30 medals, making Piece Chicago’s most decorated brewpub. Today, brewing operations are overseen by Anthony Haynes, a recipient of the Michael Jackson Foundation scholarship and graduate of the prestigious Siebel Institute Master Brewers Program.
